Stowlawn Primary School

Our art project was undertaken during our recent Culture Week celebration. The children studied the picture "Surprise" by Henri Rousseu, and were encouraged to create a piece of work based upon this. Children not only explored the subject of the picture , but colours and techniques used to create the piece. Their responses ranged from drawings in pencil and  paintings to  collage and weaving. The children did a fabulous job and we are very proud to include some pieces in this online gallery.
